Moving Forward after p90x

I am in my second to last week of. I have not lost any weight with p90x, but I have been eating at maintenance because my goal was to optimize fitness. However, I am getting ready for a wedding in June and my wedding in November and want to have a very slender appearance for these events. I am 5’9” and 140 pounds. I have a very small frame. I am hoping to lose 5 pounds and preserve as much muscle as possible.

In order to peak in 6 weeks and maintain muscle mass, I am thinking of doing a rotation like this:

Mon – AM Full Body weights – PM Spinning
Tues – Interval Max
Wed – AM Yoga – PM Steady State or Moderate Cardio
Thurs - AM - Full Body weights – PM HIIT
Friday – Kick, Punch Crunch (or Tae Bo)
Saturday – Yoga + a step video or steady state cardio
Sunday – Rest

What is the best Cathe workout to use for a Full Body workout?
Should I use the same workout both days? D
Do you think I will be able to eat 200 to 300 below maintenance calories with this activity level?

I will most likely return to the upper/lower split like p90x after the wedding in June. Any advice would be much appreciated!
