Wendy, IMHO if you are looking for intensity you will love the Shock Cardio HiiT workouts; there are 3 of them -- 40/20 (my fave), 30/30, and Pyramid.
Cardio Core Circuit from the Shock Cardio series is also very very intense. The workout as is has you doing a segment of cardio drills followed by some core work, but there is a premix that allows you to do all of the cardio drills back-to-back for a non-stop sweatfest. (I usually do this and then do all of the core work together at the end.) I like the step workouts from Shock Cardio and the MMA workouts, but they don't spike my heart rate like the HiiTs or CCC. |
