Default Lower Body Blast -I have a 4 letter word 4 U

OUCH.

LOL - Did you think it was some other word. Come to think of it you could sub that word out for another.

DUDE. So I thought it I was all good, until the end. Hover squats - may you go to hades. Lunges (rear leg raised on the step - what are they called?): I almost didn't make it back up.

AND: The floor work, like usual, about did me in. I was about to kill her when she said "Keep pulsing".

I better see results when I finish my rotation. The the burn I have in my legs only a few hours later states that will be a resounding yes.

Oh - and it is actually fun, despite the pain. (insert thumbs up!!!)

eta: Cathe doesn't really emphasize weight amounts used, so I'm sure that however intense you need this workout to be you can make your weights make the workout your true level. I liked the plates used, that was a fun new twist. I will say though, that I didn't think the cardio bursts were as hard as the ones in L&G.

AND: the fire hydrants on the floor + band = serious pain. WOW. :O

OK - that's my thoughts. Yours?

From all the reviews I'm hearing these workouts should pose quite the challenge. I'm a little nervous about them but will give it my best effort

I got Total Body and it wasn't too tough, I may have to get Lower Body Blast. I love a killer leg workout.

Thanks for the info. I'll attempt the LBB workout before my day off in order to give my legs some time to recuperate.

I did this w/o this am & I really like it. I used my Bosu b/c I don't have the small step ( high step??) that they used & that actually work out nice during cardio. I used 40 lbs BB but at the end of that lunges I was not able to finish it .
