Heart rate zone

My heart rate zone pretty much stays the same most of my tapes have you take your heart rate ,but sometimes it,s higher.Is there any harm in it being higher at times?
 
Hi Reba! No harm in it being higher occasionally. But go by how you feel to be sure. Occasionally you can be pushing it and be near your anaerobic threshold (breathing pretty heavily)but most of the time you simply want to be somewhere in your training zone (lower, mid, or higher end depending on your intensity desires for that day).
