Cathe/Firm Rotation for Fat Loss!???

I am planning on doing the following rotation 4 times (16 weeks total) and was wondering if anyone sees any flaws.

Week 1:
Mon: Cardio Burn
Tues: off
Wed: S&H Biceps & Triceps
Thurs: Firm's Vol. 5 (LaRaine Chabut)
Fri: S&H Chest & Back
Sat: Circuit Max
Sun: Body Max

Week 2:
Mon: off
Tues: Firm's Vol. 4 (Time Crunch)
Wed: S&H Shoulders & Legs
Thurs: Core Cardio 1
Fri: Firm's Vol. 6 (Boomer's)
Sat: Rythmic Step
Sun: Power Hour

Week 3:
Mon: Power Cardio
Tues: off
Wed: PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Thurs: PS Legs
Fri: PS Back, Biceps
Sat: Rythmic Step
Sun: Maximum Intensity Strength

Week 4:
Mon: off
Tues: Maximum Cardio
Wed.: Super Sculpting
Thurs: Core Cardio 2
Friday: Circuit Max
Sat: Rythmic Step
Sun: Power Hour

For week 1, I don't think I would do Circuit Max and Body Max back-to-back on Saturday and Sunday since both involved lifting weights for substantially the same body parts. Just my own opinion.

Week 4 looks excellent. Week 1 needs some changing though. You have three upper body strength training workouts in a row. That is not recommended. I would substitute a different cardio workout for Circuit Max. In fact I think weeks 1,2, and 3 should include a little less weight training and a little more cardio. I suggest utilizing the first cardio section on Body Max. I think it's 26 minutes so it's not too long. I have been doing FIRM videos for 11 years now. I like their workouts but do take issue with using their videos without a day of rest in between. I really do think it's too much weight training. Of course I am referring to the more total body workouts. I am not speaking of the Core Cardios and other such tapes. Just some things you might consider. Good luck!
