Cathe or educated crowd - way to modify Gym Style

Hi all.

I generally do not do slow and Heavy, one/two part splits because I respond best to Muscle endurance type workouts and use the Intensity series and Bodyblast strength workouts regularly.

I have all three Gym style workouts (I pre-ordered the entire set).

Is it possible to maybe make a total body workout from these workouts - perhaps hitting only one or two body parts and lifting lighter to create a less intense total body workout as variety to cross train with my usual workouts?

I want to be able to use these.
