Hi Cathe!! I laugh out loud every time you say it during High Reps, because I'm still getting the band!! And you must be psychic because every time you say you're welcome, I have just said thank you for those oh so brief rests!! Also, I really tried not to pre-order, but I couldn't stop myself from reading the descriptions of the new workouts everyday, the more I read them, the more I wanted them!! So I finally gave in!! Thanks for all you do!!
