What is YOUR normal exercise regime?

Hi,

I know you may have answered this question in the past, but please consider answering it for me. I know that you have a large variety of exercise programs. I participate in ALL the ones that are available on FITtv. What do YOU actually do on a daily basis to stay in shape? All of them? Or do you just stick to one rotation of exercises? I hope this makes sense. I ask because, like I said, I do all the exercises as they come on, but by the time I get around to a repeat, it seems that the part of the body that I am working is fatigued all over again. How do YOU do it?
