I've said it before...but it's worth saying again...Cathe your abs are incredible! Stellar! Awe-inspiring!

I, too, want to focus more attention on my abs and was hoping for some additional suggestions for weighted ab work.

I know you are busy...so I'd be delighted to hear suggestions from the happy Cathe-ites too.
