Dear Cathe,

My husband and I would like to purchase the Troy Barbell that you use in your videos; however, we went to the site, that is link from this site, and was thoroughly confused. They have quite a lot of barbells, and corresponding plates. Could you tell us which barbell you use and which plates you also use?

Yvonne, I am not absolutely positve but I think this is the set they used. I ordered it several years ago and it is a perfect set. It comes with a total of 40 pounds which includes the plates AND the bar. Here is the link:
