Step Height

One quick question why learning the new tapes moves, I have lower my step to 4" no risers. I feel that I am working just as hard (sweating pockets) but am I still getting the same amount of effectiveness? I find that I can do all the power moves with the step at 4". I am sure the calorie burn is less. I just feel so much more secure on the 4" step.

As long as you are working in your training zone, it doesn't matter what your step height is.

Side Note: When working in your training zone it is up to you to decide if you want to work in the higher or lower end of it. I generally design my workouts to push the higher end. But train at a level that works for you by simply modifying the intensity.
