SNM: I am getting nervous. I pre-ordered by mail, all intensity series vhs on september 16. I recently checked my bank statements and to date, the check hasn't been cashed. also, i emailed you at the gocathe email address and haven't received a response.
I want to make sure you received my pre-order. I cannot figure out why you haven't cashed my check yet. thank you.

Here's the order number to SNM. (800) 433-STEP. I would call them directly. When you call, ask to speak to customer service. They will call you back. I did this about a month back when I had a question. Hope this helps! Kali :)
