Hi Cathe,
First I'd like to tell you Thank You for the inspiration you are to me! Your tapes are anything but dull!!! As an instructor your first rate!!!
In MIS when doing squats and plies with weights:
1) should you squeeze your rear end muscles?
2) will this cause a leaner look or bulk?
3) when laying on your back lifting weights should the small of
your back be pushed into the step?
4) when checking your heart rate should you still be marching in
place?
5) I have shin splints on one leg from running. How do you get
rid of them?
6) out of pure curiosity...why is there no stepping noises
from the steps on any tapes?
