Hi Lisa! Power Hour has a 6.5 minute hi-rep squat workout and a 6.5 minute hi-rep lunge workout.
My officemates want to know what that loud shriek was. It was me, reading that I am gonna be doing 6.5 minutes of lunges. 
Now, the rest of you may not find that daunting, but I dislike lunges with every ounce of my being. However, they sure produce some great results, so until someone invents a magic potion for great legs, I guess I'm gonna be lunging!
My legs are quivering already.

6.5 minutes of lunges? Oh girls, do I hear you. That is beyond mind-boggling -- it's somewhere in the nightmare zone.
If someone were to market a lunge voodoo doll, I'd buy a couple!!
