PS SERIES & SLOW&HEAVY SERIES

Does it matter if your 60lbs over weight, when using the PS Series or the new S&H series. SHould I wait to have most of my weight off, before using them.

Right now I use the Ctx series & MIS for weight training.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi. I know that with the PS series, there is no impact except a tiny bit of hopping in the warmups, so it seems it would be safe enough to be overweight, but at least while doing squats, lunges and such, you probably don't need to use much weight in your hands as the weight of your body would provide enough resistance.
 
I am 40lb. overweight & I use PS Series & MIS all the time. I intend to use S&H also. I also do most high impact stuff. I have had no problem. In fact I have lost weight just doing the strength work in the past! I do have problems with my elbows, but that is not related to my weight as I have always had that. Sometimes I modify for my heart rate, but I think that has more to do with my status as a "recovering" smoker. Anyway, I don't think you'll have a problem that you can't modify, if any.
