Power Hour Step Bench ?

I have noticed in the clips from Power Hour that a step is used that can be a step also. It measures 37" wide by 14".
Is this wide enough to do one of Cathe's step tapes? I have the Pyramids and Imax2/Cardio weights is on its way and I know the step I currently have is too small.
Walmart has this step/bench at a very good price and I am just curious if others have had success with a step this width.

Hi Lori,

The step bench in PowerHour can be used as a step, the step portion (without any risers) is 5.5" so you can use it as a step as long as you don't mind it at that height. It would be too tall for step aerobics with risers though.
I use mine as a step usually when trying out new videos. It's close enough to 6" to let me know how it will feel, yet I don't have to worry about killing myself tripping while learning a new routine.
