PLB:What am I doing wrong?

Hi Cathe,

Yesterday when I did PLB, I had real trouble with the stability ball. I am starting to get used to the ball in general, but I don't think I'm doing the exercises correctly. During the first ball exercise when you put one heel on the ball and the other leg in the air, what should be the position of my lower back and hip area? Should it be parrallel to the floor? If so, this was really hard! I am using a green ball (I'm 5'9"), and realize my height may have something to do with the fact I don't look like you guys (I esp notice this when head and shoulders and upper back are on the ball for torso lifts - my hands are dragging the floor!).

Anyway, hope you have some insight. I DO realize that each time I do this DVD I'll get more comfortable, just want to be doing it right!;)
