Hi cathe,
Quick pike question. When I do the full inverted pikes in PUB I am not feeling it in my abs. I am feeling it in the middle back between my shoulder blades. It's not a bad feeling, it feels like it is working that area. I also feel it a little in my waistline on the back. Same there, it doesn't hurt but feels like it is working that area as well. Is this correct or should I be feeling them more in my abs. I looked in the mirror and it looks like my form is ok. Can you give me a few more form pointers than in the video perhaps. Thanks!!! I love the new workouts.
