Did the 30 minute arm/ab DVD this morning, love it!!!!!!!!!! Here's the problem, is anyone else irritated with the non-stop chatter of Shelly Knight? I finally turned down the volume and just followed along.

Well I love all 3 of them and even Shelly Knight. I find her motivating and she really keeps me going. I don't mind her chatter at all even tho at times it seems she barely takes a breath. With this type of workout I need the chatter.
