Just curious on why does Cathe use a chair in STS? Im just wondering? Im SO loving the program!!!

No specific reason. I use a high step. I think it's just because most people have a chair in the home, so it's an available piece of "equipment."

Terina, I use my high step, a chair, a stool or my step bench...whatever is the closet and doesn't have something laying on top! Isn't STS the greatest? We love it too!
