Unhappy Not sure where to start

Hi! Im a very active, somewhat slim, 51 year old. I own a Yoga Studio, teach Yoga 4 times a week and work full time at another job, have horses, etc.... Super busy.

I belong to a gym, but Im having trouble finding the time to drive the 15 miles to get there. II loved going and saw great results doing weights 2 - 3x a week, but my "busy-ness" is getting in the way!

My biggest concern.. is of course, belly fat.. Any suggestions on where to start?!? I just feel like something is missing in my activity. And I am also wondering if someone out there has had belly fat and loose skin from pregnancy and got rid of it! (without surgery I own quite a few Cathe DVD;s, but just not sure where to begin. Thank you for any guidance you may have!

Suzette, do you do cardio at all? It sounds like you need aerobics to burn fat. Weights and Yoga are both great but you def need cardio. Cathe has so much to choose from..step, kick box, hi/lo, cardio supersets, MMA, cycling, interval training...she does it all. Go to the "Shop Cathe" section and check out all she has to offer. If you have any questions about any of the workouts, there will be someone here to help. Have fun shopping!

I found that my body tightened up when I added in more heavy strength training into my workout schedule. Cathe's weight DVDs rock - I would personally recommend Muscle Max, High Reps, and the Gym Style series if you don't have them already. Also, like Debbie said above, making sure you have enough cardio in your schedule is important. I usually do 3 days of strength, 3 days of cardio per week.
