New Rotation or Heavier Weights??

Dear Cathe,

Hi, Hope your having a blast taking care of Eric, I know that you are. My question is this. I have been using your PS series for abiut a year faithfully, and I have FINALLY begun to see some muscle definition. Would it be better for me to switch my weight routine around? Should I do a 2 month rotation of say 3 days of total body (such as Bodymax of MIS) using lighter weights, and then go back to a 2 month rotation of PS using the heavy weights? Will this help me to get leaner, or should I just stick with the PS series and try to go even heavier? Any suggestions would be appreciated. By the way, I only do each tape once a week with cardio on the other days, should I try doing the strength series twice a week each and just fit cardio in when I can? As you can see, I have no idea what might help. Thanks again.
