new to Cathe

I have been working out for 8 months (kickboxing, low impact aerobics, pilates, interval training) and would like to now if you had to recommend 1 video to introduce yourself to someone what would it be?
 
Welcome! Most people start with The Wedding Video or Mega Step Blast. They are just a bit less intense than Cathe's usual fare and will introduce you to some of her moves (the ricochet) and her incredible cuing. These 2 particular videos might seem dated to some people though (the hairstyles, outfits, etc). I started with CTX which was a great intro to Cathe because it incorporated both her cardio and strength styles. It also gives you a mix of step, hi/lo, and kickbox. But CTX is 6 tapes. One video huh? That's a tough one. Maybe Step Jam? I don't know. It's so hard to pick just one. I'll be curious to hear what others say.

My first intro to Cathe was Pour Hour/MIS/BodyMax DVD.

Power Hour is AWESOME!! :7

M I S is FABULOUS!! :7

BodyMax is WOW!! :-wow (I've only done the 1st section)
