Hello, I am curious about replenishing my muscles after I weight lift. I can only find time after dinner, but I read that you should eat 30-60 minutes after your workout or the food you eat will turn to fat is that right? I also read that if you workout after dinner you should run/workout the next morning to get rid of the lactic acid build up. I am trying to lose weight I've gained after my college running career ended. So I would just like to know if it is bad and a waste of time and effort to lift weights 2 hrs. before bed and not eat until breakfast the next morning (I do not have time to run in the morning or anything during the week ;( ) Thank you~Kathleen
