ME Premix Lower Body

Hi Cathe.

I hope all is going well with you.

I love the premix on the intensity series and my question is on ME premix lower body during the standing leg work when you bend over and extend the leg out where should you be feeling this? This did not feel right for me, and I really coudln't fiqure out what I was doing. I hope you understand what I mean.

If you're talking about those glute raises (where you are bent over sort of triangular), I believe that they target the glutes and the top of the back of the thighs (Hamstrings). If you bend your back leg at all, you won't feel them up high, but if you keep that back leg straight and concentrate on the glute, you should be able to feel it. I know for me, I had to get my balance together the first few times before I could get them to feel effective.
