Default LIS and Smaller Thighs

Cathe,

Thanks again for these fabulous LIS workouts. I am thrilled to notice that even after only a week, my thighs are getting leaner.

My question is regarding the LIS/STS rotation. I've got those stocky Scottish legs which may have been beneficial for Highland Games but which I am always struggling to fit into pants. As I am not planning on tossing any cabers in the forseeable future, I have plenty of muscle and definition. In combining LIS and STS, I want to keep the leaning-out effect of LIS. Should I go lighter on STS legs? How light?

Thanks!

I agree Elsie! I also have stocky, thick thighs. I did STS as recommended (Going heavier as you go along) and got the leanest I ever was after my first attempt at the whole series! I was sold. Best series EVER! Well, I think LIS is right up there too. Both a 10!

Totally agree with above. I have short stubby legs too (5'2"). Have been doing STS with terrific results. Went to put on my fall jeans and couldn't believe how they felt in the legs and butt. I thought I started noticing that there was a gap between my legs and that I could start seeing real muscle definition in them. Then DH said to me (with no provoking from me ) the other day that there was a gap. I was so excited. I keep rubbing my hands up and down my thighs just to make sure I can still feel the muscles . Am hoping that LIS gives me the same results.
