Hi Everyone!
I sure do miss being on the forums. As you heard filming was completed last night and now comes the daily grind of editing (which has already been underway actually). We will be editing at NFL today but I was hoping to get a "catch up" chat in with all of you before I leave to do that. I will be online from 11am to 12 noon. Hello! I won't be around during the chat, but I'm hoping you'll have a minute to answer this question that I also posted on the pregnancy forum.
Is it generally more difficult to build (even slightly) or maintain muscle mass and definition during pregnancy? I'm still lifting the same amount of weights, but it feels like my arms are back to long and skrawny. Is it possible that I'm having a more difficult time due to the baby needing more of my carbs/protein, leaving less for my muscles? If that's not the case, maybe I'm just having a difficult time coming back from my few weeks of light weight lifting back in February? Or...maybe I'm just not working as hard as I thought?! x( At least I'll have the STS waiting for me post-pregnancy. :) I had been doing PUB 1x/week and usually GS for arms 1x/week (so arms 2x/week and chest/back 1x/week). TIA! lisa

Congratulations on the completion of STS!! I'm so excited about this, I cannot tell you how thrilled I am! I've been stalking your blog from the beginning and my excitement has grown with every picture you posted. Welcome back to the forums! :-) I have missed you too! I posted a thread for you last night and will be meeting with clients during your chat, but I want to send you a Heather hug! :* Are you excited? I am! :7 Were the guys able to keep up with you? ;-) LOL! :7 I do have a quick question for you. I want to buy a weighted vest and love the look of the one you are wearing. It appears that it only weighs 10 pounds, and I need 20 pounds. Could I combine it with a belt that weighs 10 pounds? This one will shrink with me as my waist gets smaller and converts to ankle weights: http://www.ironwearfitness.com/blueib1.html Will we need to chose either the plyo leg workout or the bonus workout and stick with it for all 4 weeks of the third mesocycle, or can we use a combination of both? Nice work with the newest mega project. I keep thinking about how much planning must have gone into this STS project. I have 1 big compliment, then a rather silly question: I have to say that you are a very shrewd business woman clearly listening (and reading) for a long time to your customers, what they were saying and what they were finding exciting and what they NEEDED. You deserve all the succes that comes your way for understanding your customers. Now, how come you haven't showed us your ripped core in your last 2 projects!! x( Best, X |

The weighted vest that you wore, was that 10lbs? Will you be offering them in different amount of weights? Will they be available before STS is shipped?

Good Morning Cathe! Wow, what a fun treat to see you here this morning. We have missed you so much but cannot wait for STS. It has me more excited then ANY other series I have of yours and each & every one of THEM are my favs! :7 I hope you had a good time working out with me this morning doing 4DS + PS Back...you worked REALLY HARD! Ha! One question, how did you all keep smiles on your face the whole time during filming with all that weight? AMAZING! You look more healthy & beautiful with each series. Thanks for sharing your talent with us all. HUGS! (Came back to say that I hope you used DB Pullovers in STS! I love that move!)
