Great news: Joey and I won a Proform 290 SPX Spinning bike on Ebay. It cost us $160.19. WooHoo! The cheapest we saw was at Walmart for $299.54.

We are good to go now for your Spinning DVD and up coming ones in the near future. We should have it within a week or so.

Hope Cathe comes out with another spin workout. Maybe, the more suggestions to do it maybe the more likely she will think about it.
Janie-MAKE sure you follow the directions to the T on this bike. I put my stablizers on last cause I didn't think I could unscrew the temp stabilizers. It was easier than I thought. Get on the bike a few times before you actually workout with it. I adjusted mine during my first run with Cycle Max so I missed a lot of the ride.
