I really like the challenge the new series has given me. Those push-ups - pyramid - side planks in Cardio & Weights are something!!
But since I am "only" a home exerciser, I want to make sure that I don't miss out on anything. I am living in the South and have taken an occasional "live" class at the local gyms and your tapes are definately tougher than what I am getting "live" here.
But what about your own gym? Is the "Intensity Series" equal to your "live" classes?
