Higher weights vs Different routine

Hi everyone, Cathe I hope you're having a great time being a mommy (we know you are). My question is this, I have been using the PS series faithfully (once a week each) for a little over a year. I have begun to finally see results, but I'm wondering, would it be better to change my routine (say, go to 3 days of total body like Bodymax or MIS or Firm with lighter weights, or should I try doing the PS series 2 days each and fit in cardio where I can.) Any suggestions and or help would be greatly appreciated.
