Help- Need acronyms defined!

Hi everyone!

I am new to Cathe's workouts and I am trying to read all of your posts but everyone uses acronyms for her various workouts and I do not know what they are referring to! Can someone so kindly post a list of all the acronyms commonly used on the forum so us newbies can follow along with the posts? :D

I can give you some, but I'm sure someone more expirienced and who's been here longer can give you more.

PUB/PLB= Pyramid Upper/ Lower Body
MIS= Maximum Intensity Strength (or series)
PH= Power Hour
S,J,P= Step Jump & Pump
K,P,C= Kick, Punch & Crunch
GS= Gym Style
PS= Pure Strength

Mmmm... I think that's all I can think of right now.

BC - Bootcamp
BM - Body Max
C&W - Cardio & Weights
CTX - Cross Train Xpress
GS - Gym Style Workouts
HSC - High Step Challenge
HSTA - High Step Training Advanced
KM - Kick Max
KPC - Kick, Punch & Crunch
ME - Muscle Endurance
MIC - Maximum Intensity Cardio
MIS - Maximum Intensity Strength
MM - Muscle Max
PH - Power Hour
PLB - Pyramid Lower Body
PP - Push Pull
PS - Pure Strength
PUB - Pyramid Upper Body
SB - Step Blast
SJP - Step, Jump & Pump
SS - Supersets
S&H - Slow&Heavy

Other abbreviations used:

DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
IMO - In my opinion
 
Ozandangel (Buffy slash fic fan?), If you ever come accross an acronym you don't understand, just ask in the "Video Questions and COmments" (if it's a workout title) or "General Discussion" (if it's another acronym) forums, and I'm sure a helpful forum member will have a quick answer for you.
