1st I want to thank you for such a wonderful Intensity series!! I have been enjoying them. I have 25 of your tapes and each one gets better and better!!! My question is this... I ordered the series during the pre-orders and when I received them the pyramid upper body tape was defective so I returned it and haven't received my new copy. I'm not sure who I should contact in this regard. I sent an e-mail to a representative but I didn't receive a response so I'm sure I messed that up!! I'm not great on this computer. Sorry to bother you with this!!

P.S. You look FABULOUS!!! You encourage those of us who struggle through pregnancies. I have 6 kids and 7 pregnancies!! I know how difficult it is to get back into shape but you do it so well.
