Cathe,

I have been working out with you for just over three months (or so)and WOW I am so impressed, you are wonderful. Already I see definition I never thought was there.

Last November I had a 4-wheeler flip over on me and compressed a vertebre and fractured another. Dr.s said I would be limited on the types of exercises I would ever do (like no crunches etc) and would always have back pain. I was in a brace for 12 weeks and then slowly started working out on FitTv knowing that I had to work into your workouts. Now I wake up at 5 a.m. everyday to workout with you and am in better shape and stronger than I was dancing in high school. Oh, and I can do everything I could before my accident and more with almost no back pain. Thank you, thank you.

My question is:
I know everyone is different but, on average, how much exercise is healthy and encouraged? We all want a bod like yours, how do we get one?
