Frequency to improve Flexibility

What is the recommended frequency & duration to improve flexibility? I would stretch every day if it would help my tight hamstrings. Just wondering, mainly because I don't want to overdo it.

I am 41 yrs old, mostly I cycle (road & mtn bike & spin class) but I also run. I take a good 10-15 mins to stretch always after a run, and most often after a ride, too. I also do yoga & pilates at home 1-2 times a week.

My hamstrings are tight and also my shoulders. Look forward to your thoughts, thanks!

I don't know a minimum, but I am certain if you worked on it every day you would become more flexible.
