During exercising my stomach gets bigger (it looks like it puffs out)
- regardless if I'm doing cardio or weights. I really focus on my breathing and try to keep my abs held in. Any reason as to why this might be happening?
 
I'm not Cathe but I can tell you a funny story......

My first trainer ever told me if I didn't breathe properly while I did abs I'd get air bubbles in my stomach & it would make my stomach look bigger. I didn't believe her & to this day I still chuckle over it, but after reading your post I'm wondering if the goofball was actually right. :eek:
