Diastasis Recti

Cathe I'm wondering what you did after your pregnancy to correct your diastasis recti. I just gave birth to my third baby in February and I have a diastasis recti. I'm trying to figure out what I should do to help correct it. Thanks.
 
Hi melissaw! Clearly, I am not The Amazing Cathe...but I have Diastasis Recti and thought I'd chime in. :)

If you know you have DR, the first thing you should do is stop any abdominal exercises that cause your belly to "bulge " as this will make your separation worse.
