When you all filmed CoreMax did you do all 3 segments at once or on seperate days? I personally can't imagine doing all at once but a piece of cake for you I'm sure!!

Also, I'm sure this has been answered or asked long ago but do you do your own choreography? It's awesome!!

Do you film more than once through a workout in on day, or how does that work? I know how films are shot, and the very thought of multiple takes on a workout makes my muscles quiver in fear.
