Cathe, question about consistently eating clean...

Cathe, I'm wondering how you manage to consistently eat clean and maintain your weight.

I struggle with yo-yoing. I'm 32, 5'5" and maintain a healthy weight of 135-140 pounds. I feel best when I'm at or under 135, but have a very difficult time staying there. I workout 5-6 times a week, either one of your DVDs or running 4-5 miles at a 10-minute mile pace.

I do really well with clean eating for two weeks or even a month and then always manage to let my weight creep back up. It's not really sweets; I'm not even really into chocolate. It's more a case of unconsciously letting my portions get bigger and bigger until I realize what's happened and it's too late.

I'm also fighting major bad genes here. I'm not one of those natually skinny people; my mom has the exact same struggles. It gets even harder as I get older.

Do you have any advice on how to stop the yo-yo effect?
