Dear Cathe,

I have been trying to replace some videos I purchased through your website.
I tried the 800 number and e-mail address, they said no problem but but I am still waiting for instructions from them.
I realize you are busy, I re-forwarded you a brief summary of my previous communications with your customer service, but I just received notification that the message did not go through.

Can you please help?

I've tried to replace some videos too - I am quite confused as the website says that they do not accept replacements but will gladly replace deffective videos... does that mean we do not need to return the deffective video? I noticed some of the new videos from the intensity series are deffective.
