Cathe- ? about punching form

I did KPC on Tuesday and felt sharp pain in my elbows the next day. Almost like tennis elbow. I payed attention to your "how to" at the begining so I really tried to remember that throughout the workout. Did I use the wrong muscles to execute my punches? I really tried to get my power from my lats and back delts. Could you describe which muscles to focus on. Please?

I think kickboxing is going to become a favorite that I'll just have to throw in my rotation more often if I can get the form right. BTW my legs were frying the next day with L&G.

I kinda felt a sting today but went ahead and did PUB. I just went one step down from you with the dumbells. I hope that was ok to do.

Not Cathe, but being a black belt in karate, I figured I'd give you my 2 cents :)
Sounds like you are hyper extending your elbow. Make sure that you always keep a slight bend in your elbow when punching. Never lock it out.
