Like everyone else, I just LOVE the new tapes. Before I started the new tapes, I was running intervals for about 40 to 50 min. 3 to 4 times a week, as well as incorporating the ps series into my workout. Since I started the new tapes, my cardio time is shorter, but more days per week. Will I see at least the same results? I was really becoming lean with my previous routine, however I enjoy variety. Also, since you have stressed sticking with a routine for at least 6 weeks to see if its working for you, how can I use ALL the new tapes, (which I really, REALLY LOVE) in a routine? (BTW, I've read where some have chosen to do 2 cardio workouts a day with the new tapes and time will not allow me to do that.) Any rotation suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
