calories

Hello Cathe,
I hope you can help me with this question. i just subscribed to your nutritional planner and i am confused as to how many calories i am suppose to consume daily. my plan is to begin your slow and heavy routine 3x a week and i will do 45 minutes of cardio on the alternate days.

my question is what i should do for calories on training day verses cardio day.
according the the chart i am 30.2 body fat ( i know very high). i am 5.4 and weigh 145 and i am 39 years old. my calorie intake should be between 1200 to 2100- should i only consume 1200 on cardio days and 2100 on weight training days or should i do the oposite so my reps are strong on weight training days?
I hope this isnt to confusing. i just want to make sure i am taking in the correct amount of food.
