That's a kind of a dubious honor so maybe you won't own up to it if you are indeed the inventor of the dreaded low-end}(

Just kidding. I'd never seen a low-end before so I was curious if you thought them up.

Hi Jennifer! "Low End" is simply a term I refer to to define a rhythmic change in a rep pattern. I originally used the term "low end" because I was communicating to the class that I wanted them to stay down low and work the lower half of the squat movement. However, the term took on a new meaning as it turned out to truly work and challenge the "low end" :)
