Cathlete
Cathe -
Ok, I'm going to try the Advanced Total Overall Body Blast Workout to get off the last 10 pregnancy pounds

Mon: BootCamp
Tues: off
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Imax2
Fri: Cardio & Weights
Sat: PLB w/1st 5 intervals of Imax
Sun: PUB

Here is my question - I also enjoy running, kickboxing and yoga and I teach pilates on Sundays. How do I incorporate these in as well?
Thanks for your guidance!!

My current rotation is:

Sun: PUB UP/run 30min/pilates
Mon: PLB
Tues: cardio + yoga
Wed: back/bi - 30min run
Thurs: legs/tri + one of the cardio sections from Express Series
Fri: chest/shoulder + cardio
Sat: yoga

You are AMAZING - doing cardio 5 days a week.
My current rotation is cardio 3 days(180 min) and total body weights 2 days. I'm concerned about gaining weight since the Body Blast cardio rotation contains less than 180 min. I'm going to try it anyway. I sure hope I'm not disappointed.
If you happen to be nursing don't get too discouraged about not losing that last 10 pounds. When the time came to stop nursing it still took my body several months to realize it and drop the weight.

I've also done cardio for 5-6 days a week but may cut one of cardio days out, depending on how I feel since I am now not getting the sleep I use to :) (amazing how someone who is only 12 1/2 lbs can dictate your whole life!!)

Thanks for the encouragement. I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see what happens!
