4-Day Split Premix Suggestion

Hi! Thought I'd throw in an idea for a premix for the new series. You are grouping the strength all together, it would be great if the cardio could be put together for one or a few 60 min or more non-stop cardio premixes for cardio lovers or those who want more than 30 minutes cardio.

Looking forward to these new workouts!!
 
We think you will be pleased. Each disc will have two cardio routines on it. We do plan on premixes that combine the two cardio workouts on each disc to make a longer and more intemse cardio only workout.

That is great! I love long cardio workouts.
If I can add another suggestion for a premix: a cardio and weight total body circuit. They can also be split in a cardio and lower body circuit and a cardio and upper body circuit.
