1RM test question

I got hooked on Cathe when I saw the Pyramid workouts on FitTV. Then found Cathe.com and the new STS sytem coming out! I am terrible at doing the same DVD's day after day and get tired of them quickly, so doing a new workout each time seems like the ideal solution for me! I preordered the STS system, but am an instant gratification kind of girl, so I am having to find other alternatives to fill up the time until it arrives, which includes starting the 1RM testing!


Which brings me to my question: in the 1RM list I notice there are several exercises listed, ie: lunges, push-ups, super-man, etc. that do not use weights, but your own body weight. What do I do here? If the number of reps are important to track, what do you enter in Step 2 for your weight? If you enter a Zero in Step 2, the rest of the results come up all zeros. Can you clarify if we just leave them blank or do something different with these types of exercises. :)
