Smile Brenda is the Star of Cycle Max!
Brenda rules this video! She is in top form and I can tell that she loves spinning! She is priceless in this video! She ownsi it and she motivates me because she is so darned good and having such a blast!

I completely agree. I love Brenda (and her expressions), but it is so great to see her SHINE!!!! She is completely in her element. And I wouldn't get in her way--not with the determined look on her face.

I was so lucky to be sitting behind her...I was trying to keep up with her, her form is impeccable. She is one AWESOME chickie and such an amazing athlete!!! She totally shines!!

I think I remember reading that she is certified to teach spin. She looks so awesome in the whole series!

Oh My! Spin class with Brenda. I think I would die! But in a good way!

She is wonderful in Cycle Max. She is definitely the star of the show! Her facial expressions tell me right away she is a force to be reckoned with!
