Default Cathe TV - STS Week #3 shows are now up!

Cathe TV - Week#3
This week’s show deals with a recap of week #2 and looks forward to what you can expect in Week #3 of the STS program. Because of YouTube time limits the the show is broken into two segments:

Show #1 - Week 3 Part A

Show #2 - Week 3 Part B

You can also view This week’s show or any of our former shows by going to our Cathe TV YouTube Channel or our Workout Manager. Our Cathe TV channel also contains video clips from most of our non STS videos as well as our monthly muscle animations and fit tips. Highlights of this week’s shows include:

Show #1 - Recap of STS week #2, discs 4,5 and 6. Cathe talks about her experiences to working out to the 2nd week of workouts in STS and gives detailed form pointers and/or variations for The following exercises:
1. Sit N Stands
2. Seated Front Press
3. Functional Overhead Press

Show #2 – In show #2 Cathe reviews what you can expect for your third week in STS (discs 7,8 and 9) and answers two questions from forum members:
1. Form Pointers for using Tuning as a substitution for Pull Ups
2. Slide Back Lunge with paper plate form pointers.

I get a message that says "this video is private" when trying to view Week 3 Part A.

Hi Cathe

Thanks so much for the barbell overhead press pointers, I hadn't thought of making sure my elbows were pointing forward. Your Cathe TV series is excellent. Its so reassuring to see so much aftercare being taken with a product. You are in a quality league of your own.

Love it!

Thanks for the sit and stand demo. I was able to do a couple in front of the computer as I was watching. We'll see how I do mid-workout with some already fried legs.
