I second that! It took me TWO minutes to get my weights back in the gloves this morning 
I've been trying to work them in - at least I got them back in (had to rest from that battle before I started the weight training again!).
These are nicely made gloves and very good quality. However, they just need to somehow make the weights easier to move in and out.
