Dates has very great nutritional value every people has to eat at east one date every morning. date is fibrous fruit which is believe to be originated in southwest Asia.Apart from containing fibre it also contain lot many other nutrients like calcium, sulphor, iron and potassium etc.

health benefits of Dates as follows.

1) Because of its fiber nature it act as a laxative and that is why very useful to solve problem like constipation and piles.

2) It provides quick energy because it is easily digested.

3) regular consumption of dates help the growth of useful bacteria in the intestine

4) It also prevents abdominal cancer.

5) It is also observed that it is quite useful for strengthening the heart.

I love dates. I eat medjool dates everyday. they are known as nature's candy. they are not cheap but they are worth every penny. my kid's eat them too and they are not into 'healthy' by any means. yummy.
 
I learned something new today. I did not know that dates were so good for you. I like the fact that is can help prevent abdominal cancer. I know that can be a very bad type of cancer to get. Anything that you can do to help prevent that is a great thing.
